The latest release (3.3.0) can be downloaded here: Warzone Campaign Revival (WCR) is a modification for Warzone 2100, seeking to overhaul the singleplayer campaign's deeply flawed balance. It's time to move on and create a better substitute. All media related to it has been removed, download file included. It cannot be considered a polished & solid modification.

I have recently tested this mod and came to the conclusion that it's quality leaves to be desired.
The old TZoW (The Zone of War) mod, released five years ago (January 30, 2015), is no more.
