Since FH5 is announced the “power off” type crashes become more frequent and now FH4 is unplayable on my rig if they dont find a fix to this issue i dont see myself buying FH5 and playing, not to mention since there is no regional pricing on steam base game cost is basically 1/8 of my salary.

I think the issue is some software either it’s windows/game itself or gpu driver. Temps are totally fine on my side while playing so they are out of the question(65-68 C on cpu, 95C on gpu junction and 68*C on gpu all max temps the parts went, i live in hot parts of the world so very easy to get high temps if the room temp is high). Before all that jazz the crashes were simple, game was freezing, making the audio sound like “bzzz” then close the game. the only thing that has changed on my pc is the dust amount on filters/fans and installed software updates. After that suddenly game started turning my pc off as if neighborhood went blackout.

I was running the game all smooth since march, then the windows 10 21h1 updates (mid-late summer) go live. it’s not about your hardware - im pretty sure. I also have r5 3600 + 16gigs x1 ram runs at 3200mhz with xmp profile sapphire nitro+ 5700xt gpu aswell, 650watt 80+ psu(i think its white certified somewhat mediocre at best psu, 86% eff.
